The City Market, Wellington

October 26, 2011

Created about 2 years ago by Martin Bosley it is reuniting a great range of food stands proudly hold by passionate locals.

Even if you don’t need to do the groceries the experience does definitely worth going out early on the Sunday morning.

Smell a crepe made a-la-minute right under your eyes by Marco from Crepe-a-Gogo.

Ask Ludovic from the Marche Français about the differences between a Bleu d’Auvergne and a Roquefort.

Go healthy with the organic veggies from the veggie stale.

Try some home-made chocolates from the delicious Annette f rom Esque Fine Chocolate. Last time we talked she was trying to create a “smoked chocolate”… I still wonder if she did it.

Sheraton On The Park, Sydney, Australia

May 31, 2011

One of my favourite in Sydney, the Sheraton On The Park is the only 5 stars Hotel on Hyde Park. Surprisingly, the last refurbishment for the 557 rooms were in 2004, and I say surprisingly because it looks amazing. The Standard Rooms are 40 sq. mtr, with a nice retro design.
